Description of the building
The own reconstruction consisted of replacing the existing fiberglass pipe with ductile iron pipe. DN 1400 pipes, pressure rating PN 16 with socket joints were used. The reconstruction was carried out over a length of 214 m. The individual pipes are provided with external "heavy anti-corrosion protection" due to the corrosive environment in the construction area and an internal lining of polyurethane. To ensure the supply of drinking water from the system to the Brno water supply system, a bypass was made during construction from a steel pipe DN500, PN16, with a length of 300 m.
