  • Production of asphalt mixtures takes place in Žabčice at our modern, state-of-the-art BENNINGHOVEN TBA 3000 + RA 180 packaging plant with a capacity of 240t/h. Thanks to the parallel drying drum for processing recycled materials hot, we achieve excellent production quality, save valuable resources, and protect the environment at the same time.
  • The transportation of asphalt mixtures from the packaging plant to the finisher crews is provided by the Production Technical Service Center with a fleet of specialized Mercedes vehicles with insulated Schwarzmüller bodies. The laying is carried out with the most modern machinery from renowned manufacturers - Vögele finishers and Hamm rollers.
  • The laying of asphalt layers is provided by the Asphalt Division of the parent company IMOS Brno, a.s., which has the most modern machinery fleet. Experienced and qualified personnel take care of precise laying.
  • We carefully oversee the entire process from product development to quality control of construction works. Thanks to this, you can be sure that with IMOS you are investing in high-quality and durable asphalt roads that will serve you for many years.
